The support of the chambers of commerce for the digitalization of businesses

In order to promote the spread of digital culture and practice , the adoption of 4.0 technologies   in micro, small and medium-sized enterprises of all economic sectors and to support companies in the difficult challenge of restarting after the first phase of the Coronavirus emergency, the chambers of commerce, through the Points of Digital Enterprise, provide vouchers for digitization.

The PIDs are the response of the Chambers of Commerce to the request of the Mise (Ministry of Economic Development) to create a network of IT and assistance points for companies on digitization processes.

The  Digital Enterprise Points , introduced in 2016 with  the Industry 4.0 Plan,  are service structures to support the digitalization of businesses and are dedicated to the dissemination of digital culture and practice in MPMIs (Micro Small Medium Enterprises) of all economic sectors.

The digital vouchers are distributed through specific Calls published, at variable intervals, by the respective  local Chambers of Commerce  .

For the three-year period 2020-2022, the Chambers of Commerce have made more than 51 million available to companies to finance the transition to 4.0.

Thus, the total dowry that the Chamber system has put on the plate for companies in just over three years through the Digital Enterprise Points (PID) created to facilitate the digital transition of the entrepreneurial fabric rises to over 110 million .

We remind you that vouchers can be spent on the purchase of instrumental goods and services - including devices and connection costs - consultancy and training focused on digital skills and technologies in implementation of the Transition Plan 4.0. And to support SMEs in the difficult post-COVID-19 emergency phase.
